Process Improvement Lead
Duration- 6 months
Rate- £650 total rate to umbrella
Location- Bristol, Perth, Glasgow, Norwich, Worthing
Work arrangements- 2/3 days on site a week
We are looking for three Process Managers to work for a leading financial services company. You will be working within various teams within General Insurance looking at various SME's to effectively streamline process by critically evaluating the 'whats' and 'Hows' surrounding what they're doing, building a compelling investment case for the business on investment, or streamlining of processes. You will be a 'lone worker' but will have to work with the team and SME's seamlessly going between the two.
The ideal candidate will have the bellow competencies:
- Financial services background
- Process management experience
- Process mapping
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, Lean 6sigma.
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Challenger of process'
