Software Test Lead, Up to £55,000, Manchester

Software Test Lead sought for a fast-growth technology driven business in Manchester. This role is primarily hands-off and will involve liaising with internal technical teams across a suite of products and applications.

The Software Test Lead role will focus on planning and organising on testing phase of projects and reviewing and analysing requirement documents ensuring business and technical requirements. The Software Test Lead will be providing management and mentorship to the software testers to assist with their development.

Offering between £50,000-55,000 + bonus scheme, £5K car allowance, generous pension, eye care, life assurance, childcare scheme and many other benefits

In return for:

• Strong team and project lead experience and a strong background in software testing
• Commercial experience of leading diverse testing teams and people
• Experience of testing large scale websites
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Ability to multi task and manage multiple streams of delivery and activity
• Able to motivate team members and a strong understanding of leading test projects
