2nd Line IT Specialist

• Base Salary: £30,000
• Standard hour working week.
• Location: Berkshire
• In house training provided.

iO Associates have partnered with an international technology hardware and services Powerhouse who is looking for an experienced 2nd line worker for their IT team.

Due to continual success within the business, and demand from their clients we are now looking for another individual to join their team.

Skills & Experience Required:

• An understanding of 1st, 2nd and be able to sometimes escalate to 3rd line support.
• Experience of ITIL service management.
• Tech knowledge of Windows platforms and Servers, VMWare, Group Policy, and Microsoft.
• Sc clearable needed!
