Application Manager

Application Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Acting as a peer to the Product Owner and ensuring adequate representation of application design, development and operations aspects within the vendors backlog work
• Ensuring the adherence of the application design with standards and guidelines of Architecture plus ensuring sustainable, stable, and maintainable application
• Supervising the software development and technical implementation of the application Censhare
• Deriving and ensuring quality of the technical requirements including the definition of test cases
• Estimating for capacity planning of the development resources in close alignment and coordination with external vendor
• Planning releases for application Censhare in strong collaboration with the corresponding Product Owner, Business Stakeholders and IT Service Owner within the Change- and Release Management Framework

Your experience/knowledge:

• Excellent and broad technology understanding overall
• Strong Software Engineering skills as well as strong conceptual, design and architecture skills
• Expert knowledge in Censhare Content Management system, Content Management System platforms and integration as well as service oriented architecture, RESTful services,
• Senior knowledge in SQL, Java, JavaScript, Open API, UML, XML and HTML
• Sound understanding of agile methodologies preferably SAFe and DevOps experience
• Banking experience and sound knowledge in the area of wealth management processes and solutions such as Advisory and Investment Management
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent in conjunction with a SAFe certification and preferably DevOps certification
