Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst | Fully onsite in Bristol

Whitehall Resources are looking for multiple Application Support Analysts to join their clients team based in Bristol.

As the Application Support Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd line software support and manage incidents in a Military Defence environment.

*Due to this being onsite in a Government environment, you need to be British born and a British national (not dual national), willing to undergo Security Clearance*

Do you have?

* Previous experience as an Application Support Analyst
* Worked with SQL and/or Oracle Databases
* Incident Management experience
* Knowledge of Oracle Webcenter would be ideal
* Experience with Helpdesk software
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
