Your new company
We are recruiting for a 1st Line Support team member for our well known client based by the White Rose Centre in Leeds, the role is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site, although free parking is offered on site. There are also excellent public transport links. Working standard business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30. The rate is £150 per day inside IR35 on a 6 month contract with an opportunity for extension.
Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Helpdesk queries, with the view of dealing with queries, tickets, and requests in an efficient and friendly manner.
Troubleshooting problems face to face, remotely or over the phone
Providing 1st support over the phone for those in the office and home working.
Escalating relevant queries to the infrastructure team
Onboarding and offboarding users upon request
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with the following:
MS Exchange Server
Office 365
Windows operating systems
Service Desk Management software
Troubleshooting networking issues
Active Directory
What you'll get in return
