Senior Compliance Advisory Officer - Financial Markets - London - Hybrid working - SMF16/SMF17/CSDR

Senior Compliance Advisory officer required to join a trade processing business where you will be responsible for advising the business of any changes to EU/UK regulations. This is a permanent role that will be based in their London office, on a hybrid model of 1-2 days a week, with the expectation to travel to Brussels 1 time per month to visit their head office. The role will be paying between £80,000 and £90,000.

As Compliance Advisory Officer you will be responsible for advising senior management on UK and EU regulations/standards and CSDRs, by monitoring regulatory developments and keeping up to date with new and upcoming regulations in FMI. You will provide regulatory expertise in regards to AML regulations, MIFID, EMIR and CSDR and participate in the compliance review of new business projects and initiatives.

Experience:

• You will have knowledge and at least 5 years' experience with SMF16/SMF17 or CSDR regulations
• You will have post-trade market experience
• You will have experience in settlement, clearing or FMI
