Senior Solution Architect

REMOTE - Senior Solutions Architect - £90,000 + 15% Bonus.

A software led organisation are looking to a number of Senior Solution Architects to join their ambitions and growing team on a remote basis! You will be tasked with the end to end design of enterprise level applications using a wide variety of technologies, and given the responsibility to research and recommend future direction, technologies and development standards across the IT function.

Responsibilities:

• Designing highly scalable, resilient, and fault tolerant solutions using a mix of technologies
• Architect software applications, systems, and solutions to fill business requirements
• Research and provide insight into technical direction for the development group
• Collaborate with multiple areas of the business during analysis phase of projects
• Keep up to date with latest technology and industry trends

Experience:

• Good knowledge of microservice-based architecture
• AWS, Azure or other cloud based services
• Background in Web Services advantageous
• Previous experience in Cloud Migrations or Digital Transformations
• Deep understanding of architecture concepts (performance, security, scaling, integration)
• 5 years' experience in a software development background, ideally architecture
