We are looking for a Service Designer to work within the public sector.
Location: Hybrid working- London
About the role: You will be responsible for develop targeted recommendations for raising Service Design maturity.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidates will hold Active SC and have a proven Service Designer background, with the following skills/experience:
- Experience of managing the design process and structuring work to align effort and build consensus
- Knowledge of mapping and analysing complex services to identify opportunities for improvement and set target measurable outcomes
- Experience of creating diagrams, visualisations and prototypes to communicate concepts
- Experience working with the different elements of a service, including processes, people, and technology, to create designs that meet user needs
