Salary - SEK 105,000-135,000 PM

Hybrid - Stockholm

A global company are looking for a Head of CRM to join and improve the current Salesforce system. This is for someone with extensive Salesforce Sales Cloud Exposure.

The Role:

• Steer the CRM strategy, roadmap and projects in line with overall corporate and business strategies
• Stakeholder management and interaction - following best practice
• You will be responsible for planning, leading, and analysing feedback in order to determine objectives and priorities, and understanding the needs
• You will be covering the Enterprise and Communications sector of the business, with the opportunity to move into a Global role/opportunity
• The opportunity to grow a team of Administrators/Developers etc.

• Extensive experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
• The understanding of what a strong CRM looks like from an operational point of view
• Background in Salesforce Development is desired to gain a greater understanding
• Ability to liaise with C level stakeholders and understand the business requirements in great detail
• 2/3 days in the Stockholm office (Travel covered + outstanding pension contribution)
