Technical Architect - Telephony Systems

Our Central Gov client is seeking an interim with the following experience;

A successful track record of the creation, design and implementation of current voice (telephony) technologies, solutions, and services. Including collaboration tools, contact centre as a service, unified communications, omnichannel, physical infrastructure, software (commercial-off-the-shelf and open source) and both virtual and cloud computing solutions.

Experience of successful technical leadership within a large organisation, working as an architect on complex and diverse projects and programmes. Leading on the design and documentation of solutions, including architecture patterns, design blueprints, guidelines, and solution diagrams; then taking these through governance processes.

Experience of working with internal and external suppliers, with a proven ability to build effective relationships between business stakeholders and technology experts.

Design of solutions to support information security accreditation and compliance with cyber security requirements. The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, being adaptable and comfortable working in areas of significant ambiguity.
