Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant with Waterfall - Remote within the UK -
I'm looking for two CRM Functional consultants to join a Gold Partner business located within Manchester. The business has been running for over 15 years and are specialist partners in the areas of transport and logistics, freight, warehousing, and retail; working with over 80 UK firms to maximise sales and minimise loss.
2022 has proven to be a fantastic year in terms of client acquisition and growth, with 140% growth revenue and an 45% increase in staffing levels. This trend is showing no signs of slowing down with 22 projects already planned within Q1 this year alone. Within the firm, you'll be joining a large Dynamics squad, comprised of over 15 individuals specialised within the CE/CRM arena. As a functional consultant, you'll be a key focal point when it comes to stakeholder management and interaction, helping the business to best demonstrate the best of the Dynamics Ecosphere for clients to leverage.

As a functional consultant, you can be expected to:
- Deliver the firm's Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Use the full breadth of the Microsoft dynamics ecosystem to deliver functionality and bespoke offerings
- Identify, raise, and mitigate business or project risks as necessary
- Meet and exceed business and client expectations
- Previous Partner Experience - working on multiple projects to external clients with Dynamics CRM
- Evidence or previous CRM implementations
- Configuring and customising Dynamics CRM/D365
- Evidence of working with Power Automate/Power Apps
- Discovery, requirements gathering, workshops hosting and business analysis
- Waterfall methodology
