I am currently working with a public sector client who are looking for a Junior Content Designer who will be responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing content for end-to-end user journeys by engaging with stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience working in a user centered design team
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD module preferred
• Experience using the style guide and other standards, along with your exemplary spelling and grammar, to create high quality content.
• Knowledge of building relationships and working closely with policy, legal and other expert colleagues to make sure content is accurate and consistent
• Experience of working in a large scale organisation
