Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Cloud Support Engineer to join a software company based right in the centre of Manchester. This is an exciting time to join as they are going through a period of transformation.

Day to day you will be supporting the external users on the software developed in house. You will be dealing with tickets on a range of issues, communicating with customers across multiple continents.

This is a hybrid role whereby you will be working from the office 1-2 days a week, which would normally be a Wednesday. There is a shift pattern which is rotated (7-2pm and 2-10pm), but you only work the shift hours from home, so when you are in the office you will work the normal 9-5pm.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Twilio)

• IT Support for end users

• Ticket management systems
