Your new role
You will be providing 1st line IT support to public sector organisations in Merseyside & Cheshire area. Your responsibilities will include both telephone enquiries and live chat support.

Your new company
You will be working for a public sector organisation offering a range of opportunities in IT - service desk, desktop support, IT networking and project management. They offer extensive training to best prepare you for the job and hybrid working opportunities - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working as a 1st Line IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Analyst or similar,
• Previous experience using Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 and ticketing systems (eg ServiceNow)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, a proactive approach to work and flexibility.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 3 months contract with £16.74 per hour via umbrella company of your choice. The contract is highly likely to be extended or you may be be able to receive a permanent job offer.
