Voice Core Delivery Manager

Key Accountabilities:

Delivery Excellence:

Arrange change requests, approvals, book resources, maintain the implementation plan

Use of Remedy, CRQ production and management, Implementation

Plan production

Co-ordination of events, project tasks and appropriate escalation

Diligent update of RAID register (project risks, actions, issues and decisions)

Contribute to project definition workshops, post implementation reviews, etc.

Efficient use of resources

Responsible for the project delivery

Ensure to maintain a good quality project delivery

Manage challenging timescales

Quality Assurance:

Functions as per QMS (quality management system) procedures

Performs Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines

Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned

Other:

Willingness to travel other European entities of Connect44 as required, to meet local teams and key client contacts
