Senior Design Ops Specialist

* Calling All Design Ops Specialists.*

I am working with a client who are looking to bring on a Design Ops Specialists for a contract role to work with closely with a large team of Digital UX Designers

(Contract) (Inside IR35)

(Hybrid)

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with the UX and Product Team
• Place processes and efficient ways of working
• Gauge how well the team is doing
• Help plan their tasks, what needs to be done and its priorities

What you need:

• Customer experience background
• Understanding of Digital UX Design
• In-house Design Team exp
• Rapid Change & Management exp
