Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst - Remote - £55,000 plus 5% bonus

We're partnered with one of the UK's leading Service Providers and the Service Architecture team is expanding and looking for a Business Process Analyst to come on board. The Business Process Analyst will support the business in developing and improving Service based business processes defined in line with business needs and ITIL principles.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be required to analyse and understand both the business environment as well as specific service requirements in order to develop and implement the future state business processes.

The success candidate will develop detailed procedural documentation, user stories, process relevant test cases, derived requirements, presentations, reports, and plan as required by the project.

Essential Experience required for the Business Process Analyst:

• Strong experience with ITIL
• 3 - 5 years business analysis experience with demonstrable capability in process development preferably within service design or management environment
• Ability to identify and understand business drivers, capture additional requirements and identify potential issues & risks
• Experience in developing & documenting procedures
• Experience in supporting cross functional workshops
• Strong problem-solving and triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
• Pragmatic hands-on approach to getting the job done
• Quick learner with an understanding of the capability
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), including the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions
• Ideally holds at least ITIL Foundation Level
