I'm currently supporting a UK leading digital software provider, they create software solutions for high compliance sectors such as healthcare, finance, legal, finance, and central government. They are currently achieving an impressive sustained growth rate of 300% over the last 3 years, with a focus on developing new technology.

This role will fit within the client services function, collaborating with on-site platform administrators to resolve more complex issues associated with the features and functionality of Totara Learn. You will be using your existing knowledge of LMS in addition to training on Totara to enhance the customer service and achieve high client satisfaction.

Desired Experience:

• A background in Learning and Development (academic, E-learning, or corporate).
• Experience using, installing, or supporting LMS systems, preferably Totara Learn.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem solving mind-set.
