Lead Umbraco Developer

One of the top digital Agencies in Scotland is looking for an experienced Umbraco CMS Developer to take the lead on new website projects at their Glasgow based office.

The company are highly respected in their field, consistently delivering bespoke websites to their clients that are spread over numerous sectors (Healthcare, Public Sector, Scottish Exports and more).

You'll be taking the lead on new website projects and will be involved in the whole process from the discovery phase, right the way through to delivery. You will make sure that projects are up to company standard, provide support to other developers and expected to be client facing.

You'll spend most of your time in the Back End working with .Net Core and Umbraco so in-depth knowledge of these is critical. However, the role won't be fully Back End so some experience with Front End tech will be necessary, preferably HTML5.

You'll ideally have experience with most of the following;

In the Back End:

*Strong commercial experience with Umbraco (Umbraco 8 experience is a real bonus)

*Very good .Net Skills; ASP.NET/.NET Core - C#

In the Front End:

*HTML5/CSS3

*LESS/SASS

Experience with the following is highly desirable;

*Entity Framework

*DevOps/Azure hosting

*Sitecore CMS

*Blazor

They're able to offer a salary up to £65K dependent on experience, along with a host of other benefits. There's also major opportunity for growth and progression here. The company are very flexible when it comes to hybrid working so if you're based near/in Glasgow they'd like if you could pop into the office once a month, but if you're further afield, they can offer fully remote working. Also, if you'd rather work all week in the office, they have the space for that too!
