Desktop Support Representative

Are you available for contract work? Would you like to work for a leading online travel organisation in the UK? Do you have experience maintaining clear and concise notes within ticketing systems?
My client is a leading online travel organisation and is currently looking for talented Desktop Support Representatives that possesses strong experience with Azure to join an ambitious team. You will be working on a fantastic project on an initial 6 -month contract with the likelihood of extensions.
As a Desktop Support Representative, you will be responsible for reading technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. To add, you will answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users.
To be considered for this Desktop Support Representative role, you must have most of the following:
Essential:
- Experience working with Azure, JAMF and Intune
- Proficient in supporting latest Mac os and hardware
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Maintain clear and concise notes within ticketing system
The office is based in London. With the opportunity of flexible working hours and a hybrid working environment.
