Role: Senior .NET Software Engineer (or Lead)

Location: Cardiff - flexible & remote working offered

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 DOE + equity, private medical insurance, career progression, training opportunities, pension contributions, 33 days annual leave increasing with length of service & more.

iO Associates are partnered with a Carbon Positive, FinTech start up looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join

We are looking for a strong Senior (or Lead) Software Engineer with a history of working in Financial companies to initially work in a very hands-on capacity whilst you build the UK's next best banking product from the ground up.

From a technical perspective, we need you to have experience with:

• C# .Net
• JavaScript and React/Angular
• Azure

In the future, you'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies including mobile, API, web, Back End, and database.

Ultimately, we need someone very technically capable who also has half an eye on growing and leading a team. The team will start to grow as soon as you're settled in and so within 6 months you'd be leading up to 4 people.
