Office Coordinator - key duties
*Organise photos, floorplans and EPCs
*Manage properties on database, website and portals
*Make up Valuation packs
*Order office stationery
*Ensure office is well-presented at all times
*Keys - tag up, load onto Key Handler, check overdue keys etc.
*Liaising with Landlords and Vendors
*General office admin

Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 6:00pm
1 in 3 Sats: 9:30am to 5:30pm - you get an extra £100 when you work a Saturday
