Prospectus is proud to be partnering with a leading health research and awareness organisation to recruit two key Project Managers. These unique roles will manage a variety of transformational projects that will positively affect their beneficiaries across the UK .
The post holder will be part of a core projects team that will work across every part of the organisation and engage at every level. You will be deployed to aid this organisation to manage and deliver on projects that will allow them to do what they do better. You will manage the full project lifecycle and bring expertise and relationship management to the wider organisation, ensuring they understand their role and what benefits the projects will deliver. It is a period of exciting and fast paced change that will require someone with a grasp of transformational projects and flexibility to deliver on more than one thing at once.
The right candidate will have exposure to initiating, planning, executing and then reviewing large complex projects, and will thrive in the governance and structure supporting them. They will have a track record of communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and be able to bring them along towards the project's direction. With a solution-driven approach, they will demonstrate a highly effective listening style and be able to translate information into a feasible and pragmatic outcome. A Prince 2 qualification and/or knowledge of change management is desirable but by no means essential. The role may require some travel dependent on the project need.
