Business Development Manager Region - South East, M4 Corridor £35,000 to £45,000 OTE to £100K (Uncapped) + CAR or Allowance Background - Flat Roofing/Construction Materials/Construction related - Selling to Architects, Developers, Property/Estate, Facilities Management, Landlords, Site Managers - My clients develop flat roofing solutions to the mainly commercial sector in South West, M4 Corridor, and South East. They are looking for a BDM to hunt untapped opportunities in the commercial sector, whilst also looking after and developing the company's existing accounts Role * To convert the company's qualified commercial leads to sales at a rate of not less than 25% * To generate sales of £500,000 per annum * Being able to sell on value, not price (profitable sales) * Search for, acquire and build new relationships with relevant businesses including builders, * property maintenance companies, schools and hospitals * Maximising the results from each lead * To supply the Sales Support Team with accurate dimensions, details and photographs of a flatroof from a site survey so they can produce a quote * To check the accuracy of the quote prior to it being sent to the customer * To update the company's CRM system on a daily basis * Developing detailed written specifications and reports 3.
