First People Solutions are currently working with a leading contractor to recruit an Electrician to carry out maintenance work throughout the Dumfries area on Scottish Water sites.
The role:
* Travelling throughout Dumfries and Galloway carrying out maintenance on clean or waste water sites throughout the area
* Ensuring all health and safety standards are met
* Participating in an on-call rota (this will likely to be one weekend every 4 weeks)
* Permanent role with company van on offer
* Hourly rate of around £15.50 per hour for an Electrician and improved rates for approved Electricians
Your experience:
* 17th or 18th Edition Electrician
* Experience of working on Industrial sites or in the Water Industry
* Full UK driving Licence
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Desirable: Valid Water Hygiene, DOMS and confined spaces
