This company is looking for a Growth Manager to help drive the strategy to grow & retain their customer user base!

They are The BIGGEST online Cyber security training platform with over 2 million users! This is an exciting time to join with multiple new hires joining the rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities

• Identify activation, retention and monetisation of growth opportunities. Prioritise experiments backed by data (qualitative customer research, competitor analysis, and quantitative data).
• A/B Test campaigns to improve results
• Improve email campaigns to increase retention & revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of Growth/Product Experience within a SaaS/Software company
• Experience running Growth Campaigns in a scrappy environment (ideally start-up)
• Deep understanding of growth loops, funnel metrics, and consumer SaaS business models
• Experience using analytical skills to gather, surface, and interpret user data to help drive decision making
• Data mindset including data analysis, writing, research, and feature life cycle management
