Digital Project Manager - FTC

A Not-for-profit is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with experience in the delivery of high-quality Membership SAAS CRM projects and content management systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for transforming the Membership Management system across a range of areas with the goal of enabling members to be able to fully manage their membership online.

Main responsibilities and duties

• Working closely with the Directors of Digital and Marketing and Membership, develop and be responsible for the development and delivery of an enhanced Membership Management SAAS system.
• Improve the Member login process, making it easier for Members to join and renew online.
• Developing a new Taxonomy and Information Architecture.
• Establish and then manage the project management process.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, scope and budgets.
• Provide regular project status reports to the Senior Management Team.
• Organize and lead all Digital Platform project meetings.
• Manage all project stakeholder communications.
• Working with the Marketing and Membership Directors, manage the relationship with and performance of the digital partners.

About contract

• 9 month FTC - could be extended
• Start end of Jan
• £55k - £65k (pro rata)
• 4 days per week
• 3 days remote, 1 day in office - Bedford
