Job Title: Senior Project Manager (BI implementation)
My client is a Real Estate company is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to manage the business through the implementation of our new Business Information Systems (BIS), which incorporates replacing the existing finance system and implementing a new CRM system. The BIS system is a significant investment for the client, it is designed to enable the business to continue to successfully grow into the future by combining CRM, Marketing, Client On-boarding and Finance data and processes. This will provide deeper insights into our data and systemise business processes to enable Fee Earners and support staff alike to focus on core client/value add activities.
The role will report into the Project Sponsor and be responsible for evolving and delivering the project governance and managing the key phases of the project including:
Design
Configuration/Implementation
Testing
Training
Change Management
Communication Migration
Deployment

MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management of internal and external stakeholders o Internal Executive Committee o External Supply Partner(s) o Support Project Sponsor in delivery and management of Steer Co
Manage, coordinate, and control the delivery of project from inception to completion.
Manage projected budgets, maintain monthly forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
Manage project scheduling and project decisions based upon business objectives which may include but is not limited to 3rd party supplier/contractor management.
Oversee relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance.
Operate independently on activities relevant to project deferring policy issues and employment related issues to Project Sponsor.
Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (financial, reputational, errors and omissions, etc.) to Project Sponsor.
Create and manage the plan to transition project to BaU state
Create Testing strategy
Manage business users to create testing scenarios/scripts
Manage business users through accurate and thorough testing of deliverables with documented evidence.
Manage training material production and delivery
Oversea Change Management with dedicated Change Management resource
Jointly own with the Communications Director the communications plan
Maintain all project documentation and reporting tools.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Demonstrate a track record and the ability to: o build relationships and work well as part of a team. o interact with executive level internal stakeholders & external partners. o adapt to changing technology and work within a fast-paced environment. o multi-task working within a team structure and independently. o prioritise and manage own workload in a demanding environment.
Deliver successfully large-scale projects on time and to budget
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to solve problems in a methodical & logical way
Have excellent documentation and communication skills
10 years+ project management experience with professional services firms and IT vendors.
Previous experience working with Partnerships (LLPs) preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including advanced Visio and Project.
Knowledge of IT frameworks including ITIL.
Prince2 Practitioner, Prince2 Agile Practitioner, AgilePM Practitioner or equivalent.
Change Management experience
