Data Migration Lead - NetSuite or MS Dynamics

Our client is replacing its core enterprise systems with integrated solutions encompassing DXP, CRM and ERP, including Professional services projects and automation modules (PSA), and Finance/Accounting. Future phases may include the addition of budgeting and planning.

Phase 1 will be delivered by the summer of 2023 with MVP functionality; additional phases may follow with additional scope stretching out to FY26.

Position Description:

During system Implementation

The Data Migration Lead will be part of the Interim client-side IT team to deliver the solution implementation, working in partnership with the business and the system integrator and reporting to the Project Manager

Previous experience in Data Migration, Modelling and transformation in a Media, Advertisement and Marketing professional services organisation focusing on Sales, quoting, project resourcing, and accounting and finance data are essential.

Migration Experience across NetSuite or MS Dynamics experience would be highly desirable

The role is located in London and will require face-to-face meetings several times a week, especially during key stages of the project

Key Responsibilities

During system Implementation

Key hands-on project resource during requirements gathering, system implementation, validation, testing and training, which will include Data validation and reconciliation task

Understand the business processes and data objects related to them, identify opportunities to improve and simplify data

Be hands-on in consulting, Data analysis, cleansing, and transforming data validating data.

Document systems data requirements and be able to articulate the steps required to satisfy project requirements.

Be a bridge between Business and System integrators and hold them accountable for data quality and data quality.
