Senior Advisor - Digital Transformation Consultant

A fantastic role as a digital transformation consultant at one of the leading providers of women's sexual and reproductive healthcare. You will have the opportunity to work in a company that provides lifesaving health services for everyone.

You will have a strong background in change management and digital transformation with a preference for individuals with a technology background.

Role expectations:

• Continually improve the change management framework while having a consumer-facing approach when implementing and designing new technology.
• An ability to lead and advise on complex projects, using your knowledge and experience to improve a change management framework
• Collaborating with stakeholders and board members with experience working in an extremely matrixed organisation.

Desired experience:

• 2-4 experience as a consultant is preferable.
• Experience approaching problems with a data-driven and analytical approach.
• Strong digital transformation and change management experience.
