Commercial Manager

ROLE LOCATION: Birmingham, Warrington or London (on-site)

ROLE DURATION: 12 months

Status: Inside IR35

Clearance required: SC

BACKGROUND:

Provide Commercial support to the Estates Transformation Programme to procure a number of single supplier vendors for the following services:

Construction Works for building fit-outs

Professional Services to support the fit-outs

Estates Management Services

Furniture

Audio Visual Equipment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities for the role will include the following:

Development of commercial documentation including but not limited to the ITT Pack, Cost Model, KPI/Service Credits Model;

Using performance and spend data to analysis the contract and reporting requirements;

SKILLS TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS:

The contractor will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager to ensure quality of outputs and records are kept centrally.

The contractor will assist with sharing knowledge and best practice with existing staff.

Central Government Experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

An in-depth knowledge and understanding of procurement law and public procurement regulations

Hands on experience of Cradle to grave procurement exercises including development of key procurement documents including tender documents and other documents highlighted above.

Knowledge and experience of procuring fit-out Contracts and using NEC4, JCT
