Technical Service Desk Assistant | Amsterdam/hybrid| Dutch and English Essential

My client is a Risk Solutions company based in Amsterdam who are looking for a Technical Service Desk assistant with IT experience to join initially on a 6 month ZZP contract!

Your main responsibility will be answering questions from customers and colleagues about application access and software problems. In addition to administration and documenting technical findings.

Key requirements:
Relevant work/training at HBO level, preferably in ICT
Proficiency in language skills (Dutch and English) and assessment ability
Good listening skills in order to be able to assess, interpret, categorise and respond independently or to transfer the content and urgency of customer telephone questions
Preferably knowledge of the operation of financial or tax software packages

The rate is €25-30 per hour and they work in a hybrid model.
