Job Title: Mid-Level Front End Web Developer

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 Depending on experience

My client are an Architectural/Engineering Global company in London. Due to continued growth of their Information Services department, they are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer with SPA experience to join the team. The focus will be on creating Single page applications in Angular.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Back End developers, data engineers and user experience designers to deliver seamless applications

Planning and organising your own work according to deadlines and requirements

Developing new and existing features to maintain and expand the existing fleet of applications

Performing code reviews and conducting functional testing to ensure standards are understood, and being followed

Resolve any problems encountered in a competent manner, whilst communicating professionally with the customer and team members

Working following agile development practices and collaboratively in a team environment

Qualities and skills required

Proficient with Angular 11+ (JavaScript & Type script), HTML, SCSS and jQuery

Experienced in working with integrating Front End applications with Back End services using REST APIs, Web services, JSON

Must have experience of agile software development practices and working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Comfortable with DevOps/Git

A positive can-do attitude is fundamental

Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript browser compatibility issues and solutions

Proficient developing clean, efficient, responsive, maintainable and extendable HMTL5, CSS3 based on Flexbox and Bootstrap Framework

Able to work on multiple projects at the same time

Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and web standards

Desirable;

Experience with Azure (Portal and Devops) AWS or similar

Passion for Front End web technologies and a drive to push the boundaries and deliver innovative applications

Knowledge of any additional SPA framework

Knowledge of Front End testing framework like Protractor, Mocha etc

Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, .NET core and SQL server would be a bonus

This role can be remote with the expectation that you can go to the office in SW London 1 or 2 times per month.
