Risk/Integrity Analyst - Outside IR35 - London - Hybrid Working

Immediate role for our Banking client

Ongoing Programmes of work include developing a new approach to integrity risk classification and integrity monitoring.

This approach is being assessed as part of a wider Proof of Concept testing for a new operating model in screening and integrity risk monitoring.

Immediate requirement for an Integrity Analyst to assist with coordinating the testing of a risk scoring tool' under development with staff members of the Project Integrity (PI) team of the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer (OCCO) and staff members of the Banking department.

Role

The Integrity Analyst will be required to assist client to evaluate and test, through a dedicated process, the workability of the risk scoring tool approach to assigning integrity risks to Banking projects in the Bank's pipeline.

This risk scoring tool methodology involves:

assigning a score to a particular integrity risk that is identified by the banker in a project, and then aggregating these scores to give an overall score for the project; this score will then correspond to a low', medium' or high' integrity risk classification for each project.

Other tasks will also include assisting with training and education to PI and Banking on the key concepts of a new guidance on integrity risk classification and integrity monitoring, on the basis of which the risk scoring tool is being developed.

Skill + Experience

• Proven professional experience in integrity due diligence analysis and compliance in the Banking industry.
• Knowledge of prevailing best practices in AML/CFT/anti-bribery and corruption.
• Experience in a professional (ideally financial institution) context in the attribution of risk ratings to clients/counterparties, and/or experience in a KYC unit or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement on business transformation projects.
• Good oral and written presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
