Senior Front-End Developer

As a Senior Front End Developer, you will help develop an integrated platform using the latest Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning technologies to allow customers to manage large fleets of wind turbines.

World leading engineering and software innovations working on developing and enhancing predictive analytics to help customers accelerate the energy transition in the renewable energy industry. Has partnered with a global leader in energy. Has access to world class engineering expertise to support in developing their in-house software platform. My client is an independent company that is constantly innovating, with development and innovation being their mission. Several offices around the world with this role being based in the East Midlands.

Description

In your first few weeks in this Front End Developer role, you can expect to:

• Foster working relationships with the business and technology stakeholders across multiple locations
• Understand the limitations of the tech stack/business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary
• Support the Back End development process as required
• Build reusable code and maintain libraries for future use.

Profile

To apply for this Front End Developer role, you will need 3-5 years of commercial Front End UI Development experience. You will also require the following:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a STEM focused subject
• Experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript Front End and an appreciation of UX
• Experience developing with Cloud Services, preferably in AWS
• Familiarity working automated CI/CD pipelines orchestrated using Jenkin (advantageous).
