IT Support Engineer | Hybrid | Bristol | £28,000

If you are an IT Support Engineer, who is looking to use your skill set for good, then this might be the role for you. Here at iO we are working with one of our brilliant healthcare Non-Profit Organisations in the South West.

The role is fast paced and with lots of room for progression and growth with tailored progression plans. Based in their Bristol Office on a Hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week expected.

We are looking for IT Service Desk Analysts with proven 1st line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service skills, in particular those who can deliver updates whether they be positive, negative or indifferent amongst the ticketing process.

The salary for this role also ranges up to £28,000.

What experience are we looking for?

• Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk
• Microsoft Windows Support, versions 7 and windows 10
• Customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Office 365
• Server experience would be beneficial but not essential
