Frontend Tech Lead - React/React Native

We have partnered with a Digital Bank Start-Up that is aiming to rival the likes of Revolut and Monzo by focusing on providing the best clarity, intelligence and technology to empower their customers. They are privately funded and led by an experienced, successful entrepreneur with a strong founding team!

They have currently outsource their development but with the recent hire of a hands on Head of Engineering they are looking to bring this in house and build out the team further. They're seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to play a crucial role in setting out processes and laying the foundations for the team culture. You will be instrumental in the continued growth of the team and in the creation of their services and products.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Technical Leadership experience
• Knowledge of software architecture and design
• Solid communication skills
• Experience building web applications from scratch.
• Understanding of products that provide a great user experience.
• Experience in optimizing applications for speed and scalability

Tech Stack: React | Node | Typescript | React Native

Digital ecosystem: AWS

Salary: up to £100k

Location: London - Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office
