A 2nd Line Network Engineer is required for a large service provider based in Wakefield, to support with troubleshooting, tracking and reporting incidents. Furthermore, you will be providing support across WAN/LAN Networks and Security products within SLAs.
As 2nd Line Network Engineer, you will liaise with the relevant parties during escalations, raise progress and monitor all escalations both internally and externally ensuring satisfactory conclusion and timely updates to stakeholders.
