Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking an innovative hands-on Automation Engineer to be an integral part of the design, build out and rollout of exciting new product and service solutions. You must be able to work with a wide range of resources: architects, technical analysts, developers, data engineers, managers and product owners to support rapid deployment and adoption activities in an Agile Scrum based methodology.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as a lead QA and Automation Engineer for the software platform ensuring software fully meets our stakeholder's quality expectations

Solving the most difficult aspect of QA automation.

QA automation tools selection for all areas of the platform (both UI and Back End APIs, functional and performance testing)

Design and oversee QA environment strategy and provisioning in order to maintain appropriate quality across all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of automated testing experience in Java

3+ years working with cross-browser testing

2+ years working with relational databases

2+ years working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in IT field or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience working with RESTful services

Healthcare Industry experience

Working experience with one or more of the following Maven, Openshift, Github and MySQL

Knowledge of testing AngularJS or Angular applications

Extensive experience in complex projects with division or company-wide scope

Development background
