- 3+ years of experience in dynamic and global organisations, and customer centric environments.
- Well informed about marketing and CRM best practices, tools and processes.
- Hands-on experience working with data and analytics.
- Has implemented market strategies based on customer insights before to drive business results.
- Experience with change management is a big plus and advantageous.
- Fluent written and spoken in English
- Polish language skills are a plus.
