3rd Line Engineer - Windows/Office 365/Hyper-V

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Engineer to join an expanding medical company based in York.

On a day to day basis you will be taking escalations from 1st/2nd line, using monitoring platforms, responding to security alerts, identifying service improvements etc. The support provided will be reactive, based on the tickets that come in, and then subsequently proactive in order to try and minimise repeat issues with the same root cause. There will also be an element of project support involved within your role.

If you are currently in a 2nd line role looking to move up to 3rd line then this would be an excellent opportunity for you.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Microsoft stack (Windows, Group Policy, Active Directory etc.)

• Office 365

• Hyper-V

• Understanding/exposure to Azure

• DNS

Advantageous skill include experience with:

• MPLS

• SD-WAN

• Intune

• ITIL
