Interim HR Systems Manager - Inside IR35 (Umbrella) or Fixed Term Contract
An Interim HR Systems Manager role has arisen for an established organisation based in central Birmingham (hybrid working). This role would be responsible for a small team and will focus on systems and supplier management (Core HR/People XD, vacancy management systems) and reporting using Business Objects.
This role requires someone with previous experience of managing HR Systems within a medium to large size enterprise. You'll have experience of working with, and managing third party vendors and an understanding of HR Processes. Any experience of reporting tools such as Business Objects or Power BI would be advantageous, but not essential.
