IT Support Analyst

On-site - Guildford - Permanent - £38k

We are looking for an ambitious and talented IT Support Analyst to join our IT team at our prestigious law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. You will be troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, and configuring, installing and maintaining IT systems.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in the following:

• Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• System maintenance (backups, patching, etc.)
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• A keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with IT trends
• A basic understanding of law firm processes and procedures
• Knowledge of information security best practices
• Previous experience in a law firm environment is a plus
