IT Support Team Lead

Your role will be to ensure the team have the tools and processes in place to delivery top-quality and efficient customer service. As a people manager, you will be able to work with your team through motivating, rewarding, coaching, training and problem-solving.

You will also help create processes and procedures that allow the organisation to operate smoothly in line with ITIL best practice.

For this role, the right candidate will have:

• Past professional experience in coaching, leading, or managing people/teams
• Past Support experience - this can be within any technology domain (this team will primarily work with Voice technology)
• A good grounding in the ITIL framework/best practice
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: the right candidate will thrive leading, coaching and managing people to develop themselves
