A leading commercial organisation is looking for an accomplished Data Scientist to play a key role in driving the success of their products. This role will involve working with internal and external data sources to improve the way they link and understand products, as well as defining and implementing processes for capturing and categorizing new products.

The successful Data Scientist will have strong programming skills, particularly in SQL and Python, and experience in data science techniques such as statistical analysis and natural language processing. The client are looking for someone who can bring a commercial mindset and a track record of using data to drive value.

In this role, the Data Scientist will be responsible for extracting insights from text data, calculating metrics to inform product strategy, and demonstrating the value of our improved product hierarchy through applied use cases.
