C++ Embedded Software Engineer

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a C++ Embedded Software Engineer. The role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your role:

• Develop Embedded Software on a modern software platform.
• Contribute to the further development of a multi-layered PC-based application software.
• Contribute to specifications, designs & tests in development process.
• Support product launches & the maintenance of existing products in the market.
• Work together in interdisciplinary project teams in the fields of electronics & mechanics.

Your Skills & Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Embedded Software Development including with RTOS (Linux).
• Sound experience in the Development of Hardware-related Software.
• An excellent knowledge of C++ is required, C# or other OO Programming languages are also considered an advantage.
• Familiar with Development Processes & also with Tools for Application Live Cycle Management & Version Control (GIT, Subversion, DevOps).

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Open, committed & ready to take responsibility & initiate future-oriented developments.
• Quality & team-oriented.
• Fluent English (spoken & written), German language skills are a big plus.
