Salary - £50,000-60,000
Hybrid - Warwick/Birmingham

A well-established Energy business is looking to expand its existing Salesforce team and they are looking for an experienced Salesforce BA to join them. You will be part of a high performing team and a business that promotes sustainability and green energy.

The role:

• Scoping the current platform to analyse what needs improving before using your automation and Salesforce Administrative skills to alter it
• Improving the current Salesforce CRM platform, creating a more effective and efficient system whilst imputing your expertise to manage the system
• Working with all areas of the business to gather important information that can help when finding outstanding solutions
• Cross-functional relationships with key enablement stakeholders including sales, account management, marketing and finance
• Understanding Technical Requirements and Out of the Box functions

The requirements:

• 2+ years' experience with Salesforce as a Business Analyst
• Experienced working with Sales and Service Cloud
• 2 days a week in the Warwick office - moving to remote after first few weeks.
