Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote Based (occasional travel to office locations - South West or London)

Rate: £350-450 per day (rate to umbrella)

Duration: 6 month contract

Sanderson are partnering with a leading UK retailer to identify a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month day rate contract (via umbrella).

The purpose of this role is to provide an effective and high quality recruitment service across the organisation with a focus on direct sourcing and stakeholder engagement. You will support key stakeholders at all levels with specialist recruitment advice and guidance. We are looking for a recruitment specialist with experience gained within an in-house, RPO or agency direct sourcing function. Experience of sourcing candidates within Digital or E-commerce functions would be highly advantageous.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience of managing the full end to end recruitment life cycle within an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
• Digital/E-commerce recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive and organised approach with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
