Service Desk Analyst - Norwich - On-site - £120 per day - Inside IR35 - 3-6 months
A key Public Sector Client of mine is looking for a Service desk analyst to cope with the busy work flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging tickets
- Troubleshooting
- Taking calls
- Working with 365
- Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
The ideal candidate will need:
- Experience working hands on previously in a service desk role
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with all the key responsibilities listed above
